Return & Exchange Policy

At Solouk, each piece is thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities, with a focus on timeless design and careful construction.

Because of the nature of our small-batch and made-to-order production, we do not offer refunds.
However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Exchange & Store Credit Eligibility
 • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
 • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached
 • Exchanges are subject to availability, as many pieces are produced in limited runs
 • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange
